1. By accessing the Lalamove platform, using Lalamove services, and/or using Lalamove coupons, you acknowledge and agree to Lalamove's Terms of Use and all guidelines referred to therein, Privacy Notice, and the Lalamove Delivery Partner "User Referral Program" Terms of Use

2. This promotion is valid for driver sign-up from 17 November 2025 to 15 February 2026.

3. All coupons are valid for 90 days from the date of redemption once the user input your unique code into their wallet.

4. Coupons will expire after the expiration date and cannot be reissued or extended. 

5. This promotion is available for all vehicle types.

6. The promotion is as follows: 

Campaign Eligibility: First-time orders with 3 referral coupons

• 1 x 50% off - All Wheel types, max spend 25 Euros;

• 1 x 20% off - All Wheel types, max spend 10 Euros; and

• 1 x 10% off - All Wheel types, max spend 5 Euros

7. Coupons are limited to one use.

8. Coupons will expire after the expiration date and cannot be reissued or extended. 

9. Coupons are available to all first-time Lalamove Users, both individual and corporate.

10. Coupons are only applicable to orders placed via the web or mobile app.

11. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. 

12. Each Delivery Partner may share their unique referral code with any number of friends during the campaign period. Delivery Partner will be rewarded with a bonus for every successful referral they have generated, as defined as referred user reaching 200 Euros in order value post discounts and coupons, and having used at least of the coupons associated with the Delivery Partner's unique referral code in any of their lifetime orders. 

13. Lalamove reserves the right to use the information registered by Users or Delivery Partners on the application, such as email addresses and mobile phone numbers, to notify Users or Delivery Partners of the campaign details and, if applicable, to award coupon reward.

14. Lalamove has the right to change these Terms of Use to the extent necessary for the reasonable continuation and performance of the contractual relationship with you for the reasons listed below:

To compensate for contractual gaps that have arisen if a gap in the policy that arose after the conclusion of the contract causes significant difficulties in the performance of the contract (e.g. a clause is declared invalid by case law) and these cannot be remedied in any other way; or
to adapt these Terms of Use to changes in the legal situation (e.g. changes in applicable law or supreme court case law), insofar as this is necessary to ensure the legality and other legal compliance of these Terms of Use as well as of performance and consideration; or
to restore the equivalence between performance and consideration if this is significantly disrupted after conclusion of the contract due to unforeseeable changes in the legal or other framework conditions (e.g. due to changes in the law, unless their specific content was already foreseeable, for example in the phase between the conclusion of the formal legislative process and the entry into force). This shall only apply if Lalamove has not initiated these changes and has no influence over them.

16. In the event of fraud or abuse, you may be disqualified from the campaign and may lose access to your Lalamove account.

17. The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The German courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
