Warum verwenden wir diese Technologien?

2. Funktionale Technologien
Diese Technologien merken sich von Ihnen getroffene Auswahlentscheidungen, um Komfort und Personalisierung zu verbessern. Dazu gehört etwa das Speichern Ihrer Plattform-Einstellungen (z. 3. Performance/Analytics Technologien

Welche Technologien setzen wir ein?
Wie oben erwähnt, nutzen wir verschiedene Technologien zur Datenerhebung: Skripte, Tracker, Cookies, Pixel, Web Beacons, SDKs, Social-Media-Schaltflächen oder vergleichbare Verfahren. Nachfolgend erläutern wir die einzelnen Technologien:
1. Was ist ein Skript?
Ein Skript ist Programmcode, der benötigt wird, damit unsere Plattform(en) korrekt und interaktiv funktionieren. Dieser Code kann auf unserem Server oder auf Ihrem Endgerät ausgeführt werden.
2. Was ist ein Tracker?
Ein Tracker ist ein kleines, unsichtbares Text- oder Bildelement auf unseren Plattformen, das zur Verkehrsmessung eingesetzt wird. Dafür verwenden wir mehrere Tracker, die jeweils unterschiedliche Daten verarbeiten. Drittanbieter können ebenfalls Tracker auf unseren Plattformen platzieren, um den Traffic zu beobachten.
3. Was sind Cookies?
Ein Cookie ist eine kleine Textdatei, die von Teilen unserer Plattform(en) an Ihren Webbrowser gesendet und auf der Festplatte Ihres Endgeräts gespeichert wird. Manche Cookies stellen nur während Ihres Besuchs die Verbindung zwischen Ihren Aktivitäten auf unseren Plattformen her (Sitzungscookies). 5. Was ist ein Web Beacon?
Ein Web Beacon ist eine Technik, mit der auf unseren Plattformen geprüft werden kann, auf welche Inhalte Sie zugegriffen haben. Wir verwenden Web Beacons, um Ihre Nutzerreise („User Journey“) innerhalb unserer Plattform oder über mehrere unserer Plattformen hinweg besser zu verstehen.
6. Was ist ein SDK?
Ein Software Development Kit (SDK) ist ein Paket aus Software-Werkzeugen und -Programmen, das von Hard- und Softwareanbietern bereitgestellt wird und das unsere Entwickler zum Erstellen unserer Anwendungen nutzen. Diese Anbieter stellen ihre SDKs bereit, damit wir unsere Apps einfacher mit deren Hardware- bzw. Software-Diensten integrieren können. Beispiele sind das iOS-SDK für Apple-Apps, das Android-SDK (inkl. erforderlicher Java-Werkzeuge) sowie das Google Cloud SDK für die Google-Cloud-Plattform.
7. Was sind Social-Media-Schaltflächen?
Unsere Plattformen verwenden auch Social-Media-Schaltflächen (Plug-ins). Diese kleinen Software-Module stellen eine Verbindung zwischen Ihrem Besuch auf unserer Plattform und der Social-Media-Plattform eines Drittanbieters her. Sie dienen z. B. zum „Liken“ oder „Teilen“ von Inhalten in Netzwerken wie Facebook, X (ehem. Twitter), YouTube oder anderen. Die Plug-ins werden durch Code bereitgestellt, der von diesen Anbietern stammt. Hierbei können Informationen über Ihre Interaktion erfasst werden (z. B. ob Sie dort ein Konto haben und ob Sie eingeloggt sind). Diese Informationen können mit Targeting/Advertising-Aktivitäten verknüpft werden. Wir haben keinen Einfluss darauf, wie diese Drittanbieter Ihre personenbezogenen Daten verwenden; sie können Daten auch für eigene Zwecke verarbeiten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Technologien entweder persistent oder sitzungsbasiert sind. Persistente Technologien werden auf Ihrem Endgerät gespeichert und haben eine bestimmte Gültigkeitsdauer. Nach deren Ablauf werden sie automatisch gelöscht; bei einem erneuten Besuch unserer Plattform können sie erneut gesetzt werden. Sitzungsbasierte Technologien werden beim Aufruf unserer Plattform gesetzt und beim Verlassen der Plattform sofort gelöscht.

Lalamove nimmt den Schutz Ihrer Daten sehr ernst und trifft angemessene technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen zum Schutz vor Verlust, unbefugtem Zugriff, ungewollter Offenlegung und unzulässigen Änderungen. 2. Technologien Dritter
Wie oben erwähnt, setzen wir auch Technologien von Drittanbietern ein. Welche Rechte haben Sie?
