The option includes the vehicle, the Lalamove delivery partner, and 20 km per hour. Additional kilometers are charged at the regular rate.

When does the service time start?
The service time begins when the Lalamove delivery partner arrives at the pickup location.
How long will the Lalamove delivery partner take to arrive at the pickup location?
Once an order has been successfully matched, you will be able to see an estimated arrival time on the map. Once the Lalamove delivery partner has picked up your delivery, the time listed will be the estimated arrival time to the drop off location.
