In our step-by-step guide, we'll show you how to place your first delivery order in Germany.
Step 1: Enter Pick-Up & Drop-Off Points
Type in your pick-up location and drop-off address. You can also save frequently used addresses to make future bookings even faster.
Step 2: Choose Your Pick-Up Time
Select when you’d like your package to be picked up:
- Choose "Now" to have your package collected immediately
Choose "Later" to schedule a specific time.
Step 3: Select a Vehicle Type
Choose the right vehicle for your delivery:
- Bike/ Cargo Bike: Documents, small packages, groceries
- Car: Shopping purchases, groceries, flowers, gifts
- Caddy: Household items, medium-sized packages, construction materials
- Transporter: Furniture, appliances, second-hand items, office relocations
You can add additional services, such as extra helpers, depending on your needs.
Step 4: Add a Message & Payment Details
Before confirming your booking, consider the following:
- Leave a message for your driver (e.g., "Call before arrival")
- Select your preferred payment method (Cash or Card)
- Apply a coupon code if you have one
Step 5: Confirm Your Order
Double-check all your details and tap "Review Order."
If everything looks good, confirm with "Place Order" and you're all set!
You're Done!
Your order is now in progress. You can track your driver in real time, receive status updates and communicate directly through the app.
