Follow the steps below to use your coupon on an eligible delivery.
Step 1: Set up your delivery
- Enter your pick-up and drop-off addresses.
- Choose your preferred vehicle type: bike/motorbike, car, small van, medium van or large van.
- Select your delivery time: now or schedule for later.
Step 2: Go to the summary page
Once you have entered your delivery details, tap “Next” to continue.
On the summary screen, you can add notes for your driver, choose your payment method and find the “Apply Coupon” option.
Step 3: Add or select a coupon
- Tap “Apply Coupon”.
- Enter your promo code, or select an available coupon listed for your account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to apply it.
Once selected, the discount will be reflected in your total.

Step 4: Review your order
Tap “Review Order” and check your delivery details.

Before continuing, confirm that your pick-up and drop-off addresses, vehicle and delivery time are correct.

Step 5: Place your order
Once everything is correct and the eligible discount is shown, tap “Place Order” to complete your booking.
Before placing your order:
- Enter the code exactly as provided.
- Check the coupon’s expiry date.
- Read its eligibility conditions, including any minimum spend, vehicle restrictions or maximum discount.
- Confirm that the discount appears in your order total.
- Check the promotion terms to see whether it can be combined with another offer.
