How to Take Orders on the Driver App

Have you successfully registered as a Lalamove driver? Then it’s time for your first deliveries! Our step-by-step guide will walk you through the entire process in the Lalamove Driver App, from accepting your first order to completing your first delivery.

Step 1: Log in and go online

Open the Lalamove Driver App and log in using your registered phone number. Once you’re logged in, simply tap “Go Online” to start receiving orders.

Step 2: Wait for incoming orders

When you’re online, you’ll start receiving delivery requests. A notification will appear on your screen with the key details:

  • Pickup and drop-off locations
  • Distance between each location
  • Estimated fare
  • Required vehicle type

Make sure to review the details, then tap “Accept” to confirm the order.

Step 3: Drive to the pickup location
