Once you have matched with a delivery partner, you can track their location in real-time and will be notified as soon as the delivery has been completed. To ensure your recipient is also informed, you can simply share the tracking information. This allows the recipient to see the current status and estimated arrival time, so they're ready to receive the delivery.
If you want to cover multiple locations, you can take advantage of our multi-stop option: when you create your order, you can add up to 20 stops and plan your route the way you want.
In the web app, you can even calculate the shortest route to each location from the starting point simply by clicking on “Optimize route”. This will adjust the order of your stops.
